I provide support in every situation of managing a company. The first phase is typically one of analysis, of getting to know each other and of reflection on where you personally and your company stand as well as what your personal and business goals are.

As a result of the insights gained from this we then agree on a path that we'll take together. The starting point is often a business plan or the key elements of such. We of course build on what you already have. As a team we develop the appropriate strategy for your company.

As part of this phase, prior to implementation, we examine whether the direction and organizational structure of your business fit in with the goals that you have. If necessary we develop changes to your companies' organizational direction.
